Description 

By combining business economics with decision-driven analytics, you will learn to enable informed decision-making for complex business problems. The focus on general management and financial implications will allow you to set strategic directions, create value through problem-solving and interact with stakeholders across functional and organizational boundaries.

The programme aims to enable graduates to qualify for positions in large organizations such as business analytics, general management positions within small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s), and business and management consulting.

Career Opportunities 

Graduates from MSc General Management and Analytics hold capabilities enabling them to innovate and develop sustainable business models; design, model, and program analytical solutions; apply advanced financial expertise, and carry out complex organizational changes through relationships and dialogue with multiple stakeholders.

Graduates hold the capabilities to think and act scientifically, whereby they can carry out scientific inquiries with an aim for decision-making, value creation, and organizational learning.

With regard to knowledge, the graduate:
  • will have a research-based knowledge at the highest international level within business economics and management and particularly within Corporate Finance and Management Accounting, Strategy and Organization, Market and Business Analytics.
  • understand and on a scientific basis reflect on the business economics domains’ knowledge and characterize its practical relevance and application within Business Decision Making

Admission 

You are qualified for admission to the programme if you:
  • Fulfil the language requirement by the application deadline
  • Fulfil the academic requirements
  • Have a bachelor’s degree (or will by study start)
