Description
The focus of the MSc programme in Food Technology is industrial food production. It requires knowledge from a wide range of areas to meet the challenges of food companies in innovative, sustainable food production. The programme provides you with competences that enable you to design, optimize, and evaluate processes within the food industry while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, legislative, financial and sustainability standards and requirements. It also enables you to develop models, technologies, processes, and systems to tackle complex engineering challenges and develop innovative solutions within the food industry and related sectors.Career Opportunities
With an MSc degree in Food Technology, you will be qualified for positions in research and development departments or quality control departments of food companies or related industries.
