If you would like to establish a career within marketing, management, sales and business development, the Bachelor in International Sales and Marketing Management is a good choice for you. Particularly if you are interested in the international as well as the strategic aspects.

The degree builds on the 2-year Marketing Management AP degree, so it gives you a solid basis for understanding and managing international trade, independently and professionally.

Alongside the Bachelor in International Sales And Marketing Management, you have the option to study yet another bachelor degree via e-learning, in Business Management and Marketing from an international university.

International Sales and Marketing Management is a 1.5-year bachelor degree, which includes mandatory subjects, electives, a 3-month internship and a final project.

After successful completion of the next 1½ years, you are awarded the Professional Bachelor in International Sales and Marketing Management.

The programme content for the last 1,5 years:

Semester 1:
The company's strategic base – 10 ECTS
The customer as starting point – 20 ECTS

Semester 2:
Industry and competitors – 5 ECTS
Sales management and the sales development of the company – 10 ECTS
Elective 1 – 10 ECTS
Elective 2 – 5 ECTS

Semester 3:
Internship - 15 ECTS
BA-thesis - 15 ECTS

As a graduate of International Sales and Marketing, you have a range of options, including head of sales, sales and marketing coordinator, sales manager, key account manager, export manager, marketing manager and product manager.

Danish, Nordic, EU and EEA students: Free of charge.
Other students: DKK 68,000 per year (DKK 34,000 per semester).
Students who are exchanged between IBA and other institutions where bilateral exchange agreements exist are exempt from paying study fees to IBA.

EA Kolding, IBA


The address is Havneparken 1 – alongside the flowing stream in Kolding. Close to the harbour. Close to the town centre.The building is a part of Campus Kolding.

IBA moved in in the summer of 2019.

The building is 9,000 m2, spread over seven floors. It houses over 4.000 students, 130 teachers and administrative staff and 75 freelance teachers.

The heart of the academy is the ‘steps of knowledge’, linking up the various different universes within the building. These steps can be seen from the outside.The slats around the building’s exterior are made of anodized aluminium, of a nuanced golden-brown colour which shimmers in tone.

Parking: the new building also comes with an adjacent parking area.

Cycle parking: bikes can be parked right up close to the building – ensuring easy, direct access to IBA.

Inside: when you come in through the main entrance, you can clearly see though up to the floors above.
