The purpose of the programme in Computer Science is to produce graduates who can contribute to the development of complex IT systems that are reliable, user-friendly and long-lasting.As a graduate you will acquire skills in the use of software architecture and design principles for the development of complex IT systems, as well as in documenting solutions and critically reflecting on both the system structure and the context in which the solutions must operate.Computer Science qualifies you for work throughout the IT sector, both public and private, such as in consulting firms, large organisations requiring internal development, R&D departments and development and research departments at large IT companies. Graduates can handle job functions within software development, technical consulting, project management and other job functions that require a degree in computer science.
