In this diverse course, students will learn about the molecular origins of biological processes by applying chemistry to the “building blocks of life” and implement this knowledge in the space of smart therapeutics, biomolecular structure and function, and drug delivery systems. 

Academic preconditions:
Students taking the course are expected to
- h
ave basic knowledge of organic molecules, biomolecules and organic reactions.
- have knowledge of the central dogma of biology
- be able to use molecular structure to understand properties of molecules.

Admission/Tuition:
Exchange students from a partner university pay no tuition.
