Description

two-year MSc in Human Resource Management prepares students for managing the people side of organisations. In today’s knowledge intensive society, employees are what constitute the competitive advantage in many organisations – if managed well. Students get a solid foundation in the management of human resources and other relevant topics such as organizational behaviour, strategy, communication and leadership. You will also learn about contemporary issues, for example on how to manage people in a more sustainable way.

You will gain insight into how to manage the people side of organisations. You will be taught about human resource management, organisation, strategy, communication and leadership.
You will get a solid foundation through mandatory courses while being able to explore your own interests through elective courses.

The programme prepares you for an impactful career that extends beyond your first job.

There is open admission for this degree programme. The rule regarding open admission is applicable only to those of you who have applied before the application deadline. 

Applicants will need to document English at B Level or equivalent to this level.

Tuition Fees

No tuition fees for EU/EEA/Swiss students.
There is a tuition fee for all full-time degree students outside EU, EAA, or from Switzerland. Students within an exchange programme are not required to pay tuition.
