Description
two-year MSc in Human Resource Management prepares students for managing the people side of organisations. In today’s knowledge intensive society, employees are what constitute the competitive advantage in many organisations – if managed well. Students get a solid foundation in the management of human resources and other relevant topics such as organizational behaviour, strategy, communication and leadership.
