The AP degree programme in Chemical and Biotechnical Science is a 2½-year full-time Higher Educational programme which qualifies our graduates for key functions within a number of trades and industries. Typical areas of work include control laboratories and research and development laboratories within the manufacturing sector, and at universities and other research institutes.
Our graduates, the chemical and biotechnical analysts, are qualified for planning, managing and implementing analytical work and results within both chemical and biotechnical areas. The programme is theory-based and job-oriented, i.e. it aims to qualify students to be able to solve practical problems with an analytical basis. The theory is constantly targeted towards practical application in the industry. A completed programme gives access to and credits for further studies in Denmark as well as internationally.
Career Opportunities
Chemical and Biotechnical Analysts are sought after by the foodstuffs industry, environmental companies, for product quality assurance, by the medical industry, for research at universities and for development projects in private companies. As a chemical and biotechnical analyst, you will be able to work with a variety of tasks. For example within:

This programme targets students who are interested in starting their own business with an in-depth business understanding. During the programme you focus on innovation, creativity and understanding of the market, but you also learn organization and planning, giving you knowledge about how to run a business with growth potential.The programme is interdisciplinary in nature, and you will meet other students with a different educational background and other skills. As a part of the programme you establish and run a company in collaboration with fellow students. You develop the idea for the company together, but you also have the possibility of presenting your own idea which you develop further and implement in a company team of your own.
Teaching is focused on the practical aspects involved in running a business and sticking you into the nitty gritty of starting up your own business. A high emphasis is also placed on the necessity of being able to communicate, create and establish professional networks.

If so, the IT Technology programme is ideal for you.IT Technology is a 2 year full-time AP degree programme qualifying for key functions within a number of trades and industries. You will be qualified for a professional position as manager of, or participant in, projects related to product development, planning and operation of systems in the fields of network and electronics technology in the private as well as the public sector.
The programme is organised in a flexible way – this includes both the academic subjects and the teaching methods. Our classes are small with ongoing evaluations and personal interviews between students and lecturers. Our methods ensure that you get the maximal benefit and that we can take your individual objectives and needs into consideration. You can enter the department 24 hours a day and you are welcome to use the Academy's equipment whenever it is convenient for you.

Are you interested in marketing, sales and communication? Would you like to work as a marketing coordinator, a salesman or a purchasing agent? Do you wish you could plan and implement marketing strategies in exciting companies? Then our Marketing Management programme is for you.We have listened to the business community and made our programme even more functional.
The AP Degree in Marketing Management is a 2-year higher education where you will get the skills to plan and implement marketing, sales and communication tasks. The programme is close to practice and you get real-life experiences during the programme through an internship in a relevant company – this ensures that you as a graduate are well equipped to handle your future job.
The programme’s four semesters are based on six subject areas, three elective courses, an internship and a final project. The focal point is marketing and sales. A good marketing and salesperson is a businessperson who is able to interpret the entire business.
The programme is interdisciplinary with a marketing base. In the programme’s first year you will have compulsory subjects. After this, in the third and fourth semester, you can specialise according to the direction you want your career to take. The specialisation consists of three elective courses, an internship and a final exam. Examples of electives are SEO, SCM & procurement and e-mail marketing. It is possible to take the third and fourth semester abroad.

The Marketing Management programme opens the doors to a wide range of job opportunities. To begin with, you will typically be employed as a marketing assistant or coordinator, purchasing agent or purchasing assistant, salesman, sales assistant, sales supporter or export salesman, digital marketing assistant, information officer or advertising consultant, account manager or product coordinator.The programme is a good starting point for a career as for example:

The Multimedia Design programme is a 2-year higher education for people who would like to get knowledge and skills within user interface design (UI), user experience design (UX), digital content, programming and business understanding. You’ll get a high academic level and hands-on work consisting of sketches and exams.In the degree programme, you will work with planning, management and completion of multimedia projects. You will learn to apply communication theories, narrative techniques and means of communication and you will acquire practical experience with programming and improve your skills in concept development and design.
The teaching alternates between classroom teaching, assignments, cases, workshops and last, but not least, project work. For each semester, we spice up the teaching with a number of inspiring presentations and lectures by representatives from the business community and research institutions.
Career Opportunities
The multimedia designer is trained to work with digital design, user experience, front-end development and frontend design. A multimedia designer can combine text, sound, pictures, animated graphics and video so that the message is effectively presented by way of any interactive media.You are therefore qualified for jobs within the fields of planning, designing, controlling and implementing different types of multimedia productions. Multimedia designers will be employed within various business sectors, typically within digital media.

About the Degree
The Academy Profession programmes combine theory with practice and are suited for employment in business and industry. In some programmes, students have the possibility of a top-up degree in which they continue at a bachelor level within a prespecified or related field.The AP Degree has multiple 90 ECTS top-up specializations resulting in a Professional Bachelor Degree in either Web Development, E-concept Development or Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Admission
To be admitted to this programme, you must hold a certificate showing adequate qualifications in Mathematics at an upper level comparable to Mathematics level C of a Danish upper secondary examination. This programme is the direct path to further education for production technologists, information technology and electronics technologists, installers, automation technologists and energy technologists.In 1½ years, you will become a competent and creative product developer who can integrate various technologies and knowledge forms in connection with the development of technical systems and products. You will get to work with all kinds of new technologies such as 3D printing, SMART solutions, drones, VR, simulations, IoT technologies and micro-computers – with a constant focus on user involvement.
Depending on your work experience record, you might be allowed to choose a different line of specialisation than what your AP degree gives you immediate access to. This is subject to individual assessment.

Description
The programme focuses on the development of web technologies within a number of different application fields and a number of different distribution platforms. The emphasis in this programme is on technologies that enable you to undertake anything from advanced web development projects, where the products are aimed at many different platforms, to the use of multimedia in integrated communication solutions.Your programme will be composed of a transition module and three core modules. The choice of transition module depends on your qualifying exam. Apart from that, you need to complete two further modules. You may choose among elective modules, adding up to a total of six modules.
Some of the topics covered in this programme: Web programming and backend (for Multimedia Designers); Web programming and frontend (for Computer Scientists); Databases and XML; Interface design and digital aesthetics; Philosophy of science and methodology etc.
