Live chat for international students on applying for higher education

Do you consider studying in Denmark? Now you have the opportunity to live chat with a guidance counsellor on how to apply for a higher education study programme in Denmark.

Applying to a Danish higher education study programme often comes with questions and uncertainties. Fortunately, support is available throughout the process.

Guidance counsellors from Evejledning (UddannelsesGuiden) answer your questions related to the application process. Before the application deadline on 15 March, five live chat sessions will be held, providing an opportunity to receive guidance and clarify any questions.

What will happen during the live chat?

During the live chat, you will be presented the application process by our guidance counsellors. They will explain how to apply, show you where to find the right information, and answer your questions as they come up.

The chat will cover topics such as admission requirements, standby places, quota 2 applications, and how to use the online application system at Optagelse.dk.

The guidance counselor cannot tell you about your chances of being admitted to a certain program and cannot decide whether you meet the requirements for the different education programmes.

Do I need to prepare before attending the live chat?

There is no mandatory preparation prior to participation, but it is a good idea to do some research on your own first.

To make the most of the live chat, it’s a good idea to look through the application process and admission requirements beforehand. Then you will be more certain about your specific question for the session.

I want to join. How?

All you need to join a live chat session is to check in your calendar that you are available in one of the mentioned time slots and that you have access to the internet.
It is not necessary to register in advance.

The live sessions will be scheduled from 2PM to 3:30 PM (CET).

  • Monday, February 2nd
