Description

Would you like to work with children or young people? With people of all ages with physical or mental challenges? Would you like to work with fantasy and creativity? Combine play with science and learning in an outdoor context? Bring unique possibilities to social work and education? The join Outdoor Play and Learning.

The programme focuses on how people of all ages and levels of development can benefit from outdoor life and activities. Playing and learning in a social-education context that supports personal development and cooperation.During the programme, participants will work theoretically as well as practically, learning and experiencing, reflecting, discussing and practicing together.

Admission


The minimum requirement to apply for the course, is to have passed the first two semesters at bachelor’s level at your relevant university or another institute of higher education.

With regards to language proficiency, it is required to have an English level, spoken and written, equivalent to B2, according to the Common European Framework.


Your home institution must have an inter-institutional agreement with VIA University College in order for you to be able to apply for an exchange programme at VIA.

If your home institution does not have an exchange agreement with VIA, please contact your international office to learn more about the opportunities.

Tuition

Exchange students do not pay tuition.

Campus Aarhus C

Description

Campus Aarhus C is a totally new and modern campus with many specialties and a wide variety of international and Danish-language programmes. The Campus is 46,000 squaremeters divided in 5 buildings, each with 4-6 floors.
The buildings display innovative and playful architecture and has been awarded with an architectural prize as one of the 3 best and most beautiful new constructions in Aarhus. Facilities include roof-top running track and basket ball court, spacious and bright classrooms and auditoriums, canteen and student cafe and bar.
Campus Aarhus C is located in the center of Aarhus - the second largest city in Denmark with approximately 320.000 inhabitants.

Campus Aarhus C offers programmes in Danish within the fields of teaching, social education, social work, construction, engineering, business and management as well as programmes taught and conducted in English within architecture, technology, engineering, business and management. In addition, Campus C is host to a nimber of VIA's Summer School programmes.
