Do you want to explore the challenges and possibilities for development, management and organisation of transnational companies?

The object of the master’s programme in International Development Studies and Business Studies is to enhance your knowledge and competencies in the interlinked political, cultural and economic processes relating to inequality and processes of development in connection with the Global South, as well as how they relate to the private sector.

You will acquire in-depth knowlegde about the borders between development processes and businesses, from cultural exchange to national form of government and industry politics.

The programme provides specific skills with a particular view to qualifying you for work in development organisations (national and non-governmental organisations) as well as in the private sector.

Language of tuition: The Master’s programme is an international programme taught in English.

Please note, that you can also study the reverse combination of this programme. In practice, this affects which of the two subjects you will write your thesis in. Once you are enrolled, it is not possible to switch combinations.

Tuition fees

There is a tuition fee for all full-time degree students who hold a citizenship from outside EU/EAA. Students within an exchange programme are not required to pay tuition.
