About the Degree

Working with information and IT requires the ability to perform multi-disciplinary functions. The Information Management programme will prepare you for this by offering close dialogue and contact between students and teachers and by integrating project work and cooperation as tools in your learning process.

By the end of the programme you will be able to: participate creatively in the management of information resources and information technology; utilise IT to make businesses as well as their services and products more attractive and competitive; create and manage new IT systems that support business goals and strategies that are frequently international in scope; and participate in strategic planning, formulating requirements for new IT systems and implementing them within businesses and organisations.

This MSc programme is not just for students with bachelor’s degrees with IT elements. It is relevant for all students with a bachelor’s degree within the field of economics and business administration who wish to combine IT and business studies.
