In this masters degree programme, you will study the manufacturing of foods, their nutritional quality and their influence on human health.

Among the issues covered are:

  • Enzymology

Teaching varies between lectures, classroom instruction, exercises and project work in groups. Students are encouraged to participate in class discussions.

The final 6 months you will be making your MSc thesis. The thesis is a scientific research project, often carried out in collaboration with one of university's industrial partners.

Graduation from the master's degree programme confers the title Master of Science.

To be admitted to an MSc programme, you must have a bachelor degree in a relevant subject.
