Digital Media Engineering
In this programme you can choose to study ICT services and applications, technologies for interactive digital media or users, organisations and markets.
You will learn e.g. how to develop ICT services and solutions. The thesis will be based on a research project in which you can cooperate with the university's industrial partners.

Digital Media Engineering is a rapidly developing field. New ways of using the technology have been developed, for example the convergence of telecommunications and broadcasting.
The programme will give you a thorough knowledge of the possibilites of ICT and will teach you to develop services and solutions to meet the needs of the users and at the same taking the business aspect into account.
You can choose one of these study lines:

- Users, Organisations and Markets
Teaching varies between lectures, classroom instruction, exercises and project work together with other students. Students are encouraged to participate in class discussions.
The final 6 months you will be making your MSc thesis. The thesis is a scientific research project, often carried out in collaboration with one of university's industrial partners.
Digital Media Engineering can be studied as a:

You also have the possibility to take single courses or subjects within the programme.
Graduation from the master's degree programme confers the title Master of Science in Engineering or Master of Science and Technology.

Entry Requirements
To be admitted to an MSc programme, you must have a bachelor degree in a relevant subject.
In addition, documentation may be required verifying your proficiency in English is at a specified level.

Tuition
There is a tuition fee for all full-time degree students, unless you are a student from a Nordic or EU country, or from Liechtenstein.
