Summer School: Telecommunication at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU)
The idea of the course is to present DTU and especially DTU Fotonik to students that potentially would like to be guests of DTU. (Guest students may be at DTU for one semester or they may be enrolled in a two year M.Sc. programme, in this case the M.Sc. in Telecommunications)
Experimental demonstrations of the key principles of optical communication are done in fully equipped student and research laboratories. Each student will participate in two projects and will deliver a report and a presentation for each. The main learning principle is learning-by-doing. The necessary theory will be introduced before and during the project.
Alongside the educational activities there will be social arrangements together with other summer students at DTU.
