University College Lillebaelt
The University College Lillebaelt offers nine Bachelor programmes for social educators, teachers, nurses, radiographers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, biomedical laboratory technicians, public administrators and social workers. The college also offers in-service training.
Geographically, the University College Lillebaelt covers part of the southern regions of Denmark and currently has approximately 7,000 students and 700 employees. The Educational Research Centre offers state-of-the-art teaching resources and professional consultancy. The college works closely with practitioners, universities and organisations within the professional fields, including the University of Southern Denmark and other partners in the public and the private sectors, to facilitate practice-oriented research and the dissemination of knowledge.
The university college also runs a number of national centres of excellence and works closely with external partners, nationally and internationally, on development projects.
