The Business Academy Aarhus offers a wide range of AP and Bachelor degree programmes within Technology, Business and Computer Sciences, etc. The academy is one of the largest of its kind in Denmark with more than 3,500 full-time students, of which 600 are international students. In addition, approx. 1,600 students are enrolled in in-service study programmes. There are 220 full-time academic teachers.
The Business Academy Aarhus works with university researchers and private companies to enable students to engage in practical, real-world problem solving. The mandatory internships of a duration of 2½ to 12 months include placements with Danish or international companies. In 2011, internships were placed with 650 companies in Denmark and abroad.

Agricultural and Environmental Management is a new top-up programme that lasts 1½ years. It consists of a compulsory part that is common to all, an elective part, an internship and a final bachelor project.
The compulsory part includes:
- analyse, methods, statistics and scientific theory
- communication, sales and consulting
- strategy, staff development and business development
You will learn to solve problems in the agricultural and environmental fields using scientific techniques including analysis of financial and biological circumstances.
You will also gain skills in consulting in the field of biology and finance and in communication and sales in agricultural companies including the evaluation of a company's strategic situation and the opportunities in the national and international market.
You can choose between two lines of specialisation:
Biology: that covers biological cycles and provides an understanding of the chemical and physiological processes that take place in earth, water, planter and livestock in relation to agriculture, environment and nature. You will also gain insight in how to optimise biological resources in crop and livestock production and the consequences for production and the environment.
Agricultural finance: that covers operations and production management. You will gain knowledge of production techniques and financial analysis, insight in the financial markets and the skills needed to perform financial calculations in connection with the running of a company's operations and funding.
Each line of specialisation has two electives.
Teaching is a combination of lectures, assignments and project work. There is an internship as part of the programme.

Architectural Technology and Construction Management
In this programme you will be introduced to business, production and projecting. You will learn about e.g. business operation and administration, building, project management and construction.
The programme teaches you how to run a business, plan and coordinate building as well as installation projects.
For the 3rd semester, you can choose an alternative programme which leads to an AP degree in Building Technology after 1½ years.

About the Programme
In the Constructing Architect programme, you learn to plan and coordinate building and installation projects. You will have courses in information technology, mathematics/physics and foreign languages. You will also learn how to run a business. The programme is both theoretic and practical in nature.
The curriculum is divided into a compulsory part and an elective part. The compulsory part makes up 2½ years of the programme, and includes the following subject areas:
- General studies: communication, work methodology, organisation and teamwork, information technology, numeracy and applied mathematics/physics, as well as a foreign language
- Business: business operations and administration, legal issues and law
- Production: building and installation production, and project management; in order to qualify as an Engineering or Land Surveyor, including data presentation and plan production

The Automotive Technology programme teaches you to deal with technical tasks in the automotive industry, in garages and in racing teams.

E-concept Development
E-concept Development is a top-up programme on the strategic development of e-commerce and e-business concepts.
You can choose between e-commerce and e-design and will gain a sound knowledge of digital communication. The programme is aimed at multimedia designers, design technologists and computer scientists who wish to supplement their qualifications with a bacelor degree.
