Description

Come to VIA Nursing for an international exchange experience and get a global perspective on challenges in the healthcare sector. You can choose between two different exchange programmes:
  • "Healthcare in a global community" consists of one semester (19 weeks) with both theoretical and practical studies (30 ECTS).
  • The nursing exchange programme can also consist of 100% practical studies in a hospital or in home healthcare setting (typically 10-20 ECTS).

Admission

VIA University College expects international students applying to take a portion of their degree course at VIA University College to have already completed part of their degree course at their home university. This would usually be the first year of a B.Sc.

Your home institution must have an inter-institutional agreement with VIA University College in order for you to be able to apply for an exchange programme at VIA.

If your home institution does not have an exchange agreement with VIA, please contact your international office to learn more about the opportunities.

Campus Viborg

Description

This campus opened in the summer of 2010 and has a modern layout as well as a central placement in Viborg.
Campus Viborg offers programmes taught in Danish within the fields of nursing, social education, administration and technology as well as a number of programmes taught and conducted in English including nursing and software technology. 
The Animation Workshop is also situated in Viborg -  a state of the art school that are among the best in the world within animation and graphic arts. Programmes offered include Character Animation, Computer Graphic Arts and Graphic Storytelling - all taught in English.
Additionally, a number of exchange programmes are offered.
