DescriptionThe master’s degree in Design & Innovation produces graduates who can perform and manage development in industry, service companies and organizations. Design and innovation require analytical, creative and synthesis-oriented skills for the creation of technological and social components when developing products, systems and services. An essential prerequisite for this work is the in-depth experience gained on socio-technical studies and analysis, focusing on the interaction between user, technology and context. The success of the product depends on a balanced confrontation of complex decisions against engineering models and optimizations. The specialization places great emphasis on developing the personal skills, the creative potential, commitment, academic overview and methodological know-how along with active staging of the development arena.
