DescriptionElectrical engineering is essential for maintaining and developing a modern society. From the production of electricity through the multiplicity of electrical and electronic devices to mobile communications and robotics, electrical engineering is fundamental to many of the technical systems that we use every day at work and at home.
Technical University of Denmark offers an application-oriented and research-based MSc in Electrical Engineering. The programme is a collaboration between several departments at the university, coordinated by Electrical Engineering. The programme covers all aspects of the subject from theory and methodology through components and systems to applications. The applications include acoustics, satellites, robots and wind turbines. The courses vary from highly theoretical to extremely practical courses with the opportunity for experimental work in advanced laboratories. The final master’s thesis project will be associated with current research at the university and/or in collaboration with a company. Technical University of Denmark offers a broad range of courses facilitating high-quality individualized study with a substantial element of theory alongside practical work in the laboratory.
