Earn Your Music Degree at The Royal Danish Academy of Music

Description

The Royal Danish Academy of Music is the only music academy in Denmark solely specialised in classical music performance. It is a dynamic and vibrant artistic educational institution with a strong international profile that is part of Copenhagen's musical and cultural scene.The large international student body and its international relations provide all students with an broad international dimension to their degree. 

The Academy's programmes offer students performance training at the highest level with the possibility of electives in pedagogical training. Besides the purely instrumental and vocal programmes, specialised degrees are also available within composition, conducting and church music, as well as Tonmeister (sound engineering). 

The Academy's fundamental artistic activities are exemplified in its comprehensive and varied range of concerts, as well as high-profile projects within educational and artistic developmental work and research. 

The Royal Danish Academy of Music is located in the outstanding architectural surroundings designed by Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen. The building is in high international standards with plenty of room for teaching and rehearsals, as well as unique concert and professional production possibilities.
