ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

The Professional Bachelor's Degree programme in Software Development is a top-up programme intended for graduates of the AP Degree Programme in Computer Science. This programme will give you in-depth understanding and knowledge of the technical and theoretical aspects of software development. You will learn to use different database types and how to develop existing systems further.
The programme includes subjects such as database types, the role of contracts in the system development process, methods and tools for integration between systems, project management, distributed design and development, configuration and release management as well as test models and test planning.
Software Developers typically go for jobs as system developers, software architects and project managers of large-scale IT projects in Denmark and abroad. After graduating you will also be able to continue your studies further by pursuing a master's degree at university.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

• Internship in Denmark or abroad
• Final PBA degree project, where you have the opportunity to specialise in one of the areas you worked with during your previous semesters.
