Description

It has become increasingly important that leaders can navigate in the international business world, which is constantly changing. It is important to be ahead of the many changes and to really understand them.

The Executive MBA focuses on strategy, leadership, HRM and finance, and it qualifies you for a top-level management position at an international level, so you can lead your company and your employees confidently and professionally. 

The Executive MBA is for anyone who wishes to be professionally attractive within internationally-aligned environments; who wants to be able to take productive, appropriate decisions, reacting to changes and trends. It’s for anyone who wants to work seriously on their development, gaining leadership qualifications with relevant, modern tools, in order to influence and develop both organizations and people with an international perspective.

Please note that non-EU citizens cannot be granted a study visa for this programme, as it is part-time.

About the degree

The Excecutive Master of Business Administration has these focus areas: strategy, leadership, HRM and finance.

The Executive MBA is based on many years of teaching, research and consultancy, which have been central to the activities of academic staff at Coventry University Business School and IBA, and have resulted in the development of high-quality study programmes at university level, research degrees, international work placements, media work and an array of publications at both institutions.

Admission requirements

You must normally have successfully completed a degree in a relevant subject area at undergraduate level (bachelor or equivalent). For this study programme, you should have minimum two years’ relevant management experience, including staff management. 

Additionally, English language requirements must be met (equivalent to IELTS 6.5). Please see our website for the full English language requirements, as well as exemptions.

EA Kolding, IBA

Description

The address is Havneparken 1 – alongside the flowing stream in Kolding. Close to the harbour. Close to the town centre.The building is a part of Campus Kolding.

IBA moved in in the summer of 2019.

The building is 9,000 m2, spread over seven floors. It houses over 4.000 students, 130 teachers and administrative staff and 75 freelance teachers.

The heart of the academy is the ‘steps of knowledge’, linking up the various different universes within the building. These steps can be seen from the outside.The slats around the building’s exterior are made of anodized aluminium, of a nuanced golden-brown colour which shimmers in tone.

Parking: the new building also comes with an adjacent parking area.

Cycle parking: bikes can be parked right up close to the building – ensuring easy, direct access to IBA.

Inside: when you come in through the main entrance, you can clearly see though up to the floors above.
