The Computer Science programme is an advanced, business-oriented systems developer/programmer education. The Computer Science programme will provide you with extensive knowledge of systems development and design. Teaching is closely related to the industry and includes a variety of teaching formats, e.g. classroom teaching, project teaching and exercise classes.

The programme is divided into five semesters consisting of a combination of IT-disciplines and a number of commercial subjects, e.g. business organisation, economics, production management and environmental conditions in the industry. The first four semesters are subject oriented and in the fifth semester the main thesis is elaborated in close co-operation with a company in Denmark or abroad.

About the Degree

The Academy Profession programmes combine theory with practice and are suited for employment in business and industry. In some programmes students have the possiblity of a top-up degree in which they continue at a bachelor level within a prespecified or related field. The top-up degree is a 90 ECTS supplement programme resulting in a Professional Bachelor Degree.

To be admitted to this programme, you must hold a certificate showing adequate qualifications in Mathematics at a upper level comparable to Mathematics level B of a Danish upper secondary examination.
