DescriptionThe Bachelor in Software Development focuses on the challenges which developers face when working with large, often global systems' development projects. As a Bachelor in Software Development you know how to handle the back-end part of big distributed IT-systems based on large databases.
The Bachelor in Software Development is a 1½-year study programme (top-up) consisting of 3 semesters that includes an internship in a company abroad or in Denmark. The internship will give you the opportunity to use the competences that you have gained in class and put them into practice.
Career OpportunitiesThe competences you acquire in the Bachelor programme in Software Development will be particularly relevant for companies with a great need for integration of IT systems, in which IT systems are critical to business survival; they will also be relevant in situations where development projects involve various types of outsourcing.

About the DegreeThe top-up degree extends an already acquired Academy Profession programme to a related or prespecified bachelor level. The top-up option is only available to a subset of AP degrees and offered as a 90 ECTS supplement with a resulting degree of Professional Bachelor.

TuitionThere is a tuition fee for all full-time degree students outside EU, EAA, or from Switzerland. Students within an exchange programme are not required to pay tuition.
