Description

Students will be trained to develop, maintain and renew information technology systems in companies. Future tasks may range from technical problem solutions to the management of projects. The AP Degree in Computer Science is a 2½-year study programme consisting of 5 semesters. An internship in a company abroad or in Denmark will be a part of the programme and will provide you the opportunity to use the competences that you have gained in class and put them into practice. The programme is taught fully in English.

Description

The Bachelor in Software Development focuses on the challenges which developers face when working with large, often global systems' development projects. As a Bachelor in Software Development you know how to handle the back-end part of big distributed IT-systems based on large databases.

The Bachelor in Software Development is a 1½-year study programme (top-up) consisting of 3 semesters that includes an internship in a company abroad or in Denmark. The internship will give you the opportunity to use the competences that you have gained in class and put them into practice.

The competences you acquire in the Bachelor programme in Software Development will be particularly relevant for companies with a great need for integration of IT systems, in which IT systems are critical to business survival; they will also be relevant in situations where development projects involve various types of outsourcing.

About the Degree

The top-up degree extends an already acquired Academy Profession programme to a related or prespecified bachelor level. The top-up option is only available to a subset of AP degrees and offered as a 90 ECTS supplement with a resulting degree of Professional Bachelor.

As a Bachelor in Web Development you will be able to participate in the design and construction of web applications of all sizes. You will be able to build web systems from scratch using object-oriented IDE, CMS and relational databases.
