DescriptionThe bachelor programme in International Sales and Marketing is a 1½ year top-up pro- gramme for students that have completed an AP degree in Marketing Management or equivalent. During the bachelor’s programme you will develop knowledge and comprehension of business practices, applied theory as well as methods used for sales and marketing within an international business perspective. The programme focuses on sales and marketing in an international context with special emphasis on business to business sales.
- Sales planning: The Customer as a starting point, Industry and Competitors, Innovation, Methodology and Science.
- Business development in an international perspective: Developing the Sales Base, Tactical and operational Sales performance, Implementation and Follow-up and Elective courses.
Career OpportunitiesWith a Bachelor’s degree in International Sales and Marketing you will have good chances of finding work as product manager, marketing manager, sales manager, project manager, etc. in industries such as:
- Advertising, marketing and the media
- Trade, shipping, etc.
- Industry /manufacturing
- IT and telecommunications
- Hotel, restaurant, tourism, travel
- key account manager or sales manager in an international company.
About the DegreeThe last semester includes a 3 month internship where you have the opportunity to work in a company in Denmark or abroad.
AdmissionAP degree in: • Marketing Management • Financial Management • or equivalent education. If you hold a certificate from a foreign institution of education or another type of AP degree, this will be considered separately.
All international, non-native English speakers must send an English language test certificate from IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge or other tests of an equivalent standard.
All Danish students must complete English at a B-level according to the level system in Danish secondary schools or equivalent proof of English skills.
