Description

The Bachelor (BA) top-up takes three semesters. Whereas the AP degree programme provides you with basic insight and tools to navigate in the fashion industry, the BA top-up gives you the chance to become deeply absorbed in retail design. At this stage of your education we expect you to be able to work in a more independent manner.

The programme is organised with joint projects for all BA students during the first semester. Afterwards we focus on your chosen speciality.Elective course subjects and a placement period in the fashion industry are compulsory parts of the programme as well, and you conclude your studies with a bachelor assignment.
At the end of your BA degree you will be qualified to participate in a higher education programme or find a job in the fashion and lifestyle sector.

Career Opportunities

The retail designer conveys the brand identity of the company so it reaches the customers. You will work with interior decoration of the store according to the set goals of the marketing strategy. The purpose of the retail design is to be eye-catching. You will work with marketing as well as decorating stores.

About the Degree

Retail Design is an area of specialisation on the Bachelor (BA) top-up programme.
