Biotechnology

You will be introduced to subjects such as Bioinformatics, Protein purification and analysis and Cultivation of microorganisms in bioreactors. Modern biotechnology is used to refine microorganisms, plants and animals so they acquire desired traits or produce designed compounds, for example specific recombinant proteins.

In the programme, you learn both language and economics. You will also study foreign cultures and the problems or challenges that an international corporation may have to face. You learn to analyse, assess and solve tasks in connection with corporate international activities.

In this programme you can specialise in either materials science or biotechnological process control. You will get insight into e.g. chemical metallurgy or physical chemistry. You will learn e.g. how to use mathematical and chemical knowledge in connection with development of products or production methods.

On the English language Master of Communication Design, you will learn to work with the design of documentation, for example, manuals or user guidelines. You can choose between English, German or Danish as a foreign language. The degree will qualify you to work in both the public and private sector, where you will work with communication, e.g. development and editing of text.
